I’m a qualified Post-Rehab Pilates Instructor and Level 3 Hypopressive® trainer with a deep passion for helping people rediscover their strength and freedom of movement.

I've seen incredible results in my clients, from regaining mobility and strength after a car accident and finding renewed stability following multiple spine surgeries. These experiences fueled my determination to specialize in core, pelvic floor, and hip health.

This workshop is designed to address the root causes of hip tightness and pain. You'll receive modifications to ensure a safe and beneficial experience.

 

You need a yoga mat and a resistance band for self-activation techniques. We'll improve your hip mobility and stability. This creates a strong foundation for pain-free movement in everyday life.

We all adore our furry companions (and our phones!), but when it's workshop time, let's create a focused space for your learning and well-being.

  • Treat Yourself to Focused Time: Consider this workshop your personal self-care session. Let your loved ones (including your pet!) know you'll be unavailable for a bit.

I can't do squats and lunges because of knee pain, are there any in the workshop?

No Squats or Lunges: We are avoiding exercises that aggravate your knees! This workshop focuses on alternative movements that are equally effective in strengthening your hips, pelvic floor and core.

We'll utilize resistance bands to provide a gentle challenge without putting strain on your joints.

Learn exercises to loosen up tight muscles and improve your range of motion. This translates to better balance, coordination, and overall well-being.
