Three ways we can work together
Which one is right for you?
Self-study program (most popular with new mums)
Self- Study: As a busy woman finding time for yourself can feel impossible but what if you could invest just a few moments each day in a program that empowers you? Self-study programs offers flexibility, allowing you to learn at your own pace. No need to worry about being late, driving and parking. This is recommended for new mums or as a prevention program at any stage of life.
We'll improve diasatsis recti (separation of abdominal wall after childbirth) and retrain the deep core muscles, so your clothes fit better
Relieve lower back and pelvic pain. Added bonus videos for neck and shoulder tension from holding the baby or a desk job
Recover from the trauma of childbirth. This is your starting point to feel strong and confident BEFORE you start jogging or any other exercise program
"I found the program helped give me more energy, keep some time for myself which is always beneficial as well as increasing muscle tone to my pelvic floor which has helped greatly." - Emma - mum of two teenagers
Small group program (most popular with women who have started to notice changes)
Small Group: This is for women who have started to experience bladder leaks and/or urgency. It may not be the first thing on your mind, but you've started to make changes, such as decreasing fluid intake and mapping out your route depending on where the toilets are and keeping pads in your handbag "just in case"
Weekly online sessions in the comfort and privacy in your own home
Only four women in each group to ensure quality instruction
You need motivation and accountability to finally tackle this annoying and frustrating problem
"Even though I did not have incontinence, at age 58, I was starting to get a real urgency to urinate without much warning. Now I no longer worry when I am out for my run that I will not make it home in time." Carol - Marketing manager
Private sessions (most popular with women who have pelvic organ prolapse)
Private Sessions: This is for women who have been diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse or you've been experiencing bladder leaks for more than six months. You fear picking up a bag of shopping and feel like you need to get off your feet by lunchtime. You don't know what to do or who to turn to. That's where I come in
This program is for women who have been diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse or have had pelvic surgery, such as a hysterectomy
Increase your success rate of surgery. Pelvic floor exercises are crucial for maintaining pelvic health post surgery, just like brushing your teeth is essential alongside professional cleaning at the dentist
We work hand in hand together. I'll personally guide you through the program with weekly private sessions, ensuring correct execution of the exercises
" Your Core Restore Program is so valuable to women and I only wish I had known about your program sooner! Completing the program with you has given me the confidence to know that I am able to help myself heal after my surgery and continue to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles and carve in my waistline" Sharon 32- Elementary school teacher
“The day I discovered I had a Cystocele, about 6 years ago, I was very afraid. Jeanette has been a game changer in teaching me to breathe properly, to alleviate excess pressure on my pelvic floor to not only stop it from getting worse, but to improve my quality of life on a day-to-day basis. The exercises are totally within the scope of what I can do on my own going forward, but I will continue working with Jeanette periodically to keep “in tune.”
"Jeanette has provided me with an awareness of this common issue that is severely lacking pertaining to women’s health issues. I am proud and thankful that Jeanette has tackled this issue with her own real life testimonial, professionalism and sense of humour. The Core Restore method saves me from adult diapers in my twilight years.”
